Meet the Aizkraukle women’s handball team!
We are proof that the love for handball does not rust and can unite all of Latvia! Although we each come from a different city in Latvia, 10 years ago we found each other and united in one iron team. Our core is still together – on the field and off it! We are united by different ages, professional backgrounds, but most importantly: pure passion for the game and the fight. 
For some of us, handball has been a passion since school days, for others it was a brave return after a long break. For us, this is not just a sport – it is our energy charging station! 
We may not be proud of the loudest titles or gold cups, but we NEVER GIVE UP! In every game, we give all 100% of our strength and fight for every centimeter and second until the final signal.
We have been united for years by participating in the Lithuanian Veterans Handball Championship. Long kilometers and hours on the road do not scare us – on the contrary, long journeys and joint trips only make us stronger and closer!
We are still led and inspired by the same coaches who instilled a love for this dynamic sport from the very beginning.
Over these ten years, we have created an unbreakable community. It is our place to turn off everyday worries, recharge emotionally and experience real team spirit.
